- Depositions can be searched by keywords and page/line numbers.
- Clips can be created "on-the-fly" in trials to impeach witnesses with prior testimony.
- Deposition video can be presented with a scrolling transcript, (much like closed-captions or subtitles) for hard-to-understand deponents.
Synchronized (Synched) depos make it easy to "edit" deposition video. Clips can be created for impeachment, and objections can be removed for seamless playback. If you provide us with deposition video (DVDs or VHS tapes) and a corresponding transcript (ascii, eTranscript or .ptx), we'll provide you with a synch file compatible with industry standard litigation support software, including inData's Trial Director and Sanction. If you don't have litigation support software, we can play the synched video for you in trial, or provide a stand-alone player bundled on a DVD with your synched deposition video.
